By raising awareness and mobilizing support, we aim to influence policymakers, business leaders, and the public to recognize the critical importance of positive leadership creating healthy, respectful, and empowering workplace environments.

Reform

The #VisirRising movement seeks to drive meaningful reform in workplace culture and leadership standards. We work tirelessly to promote the adoption of comprehensive ethical leadership standards, accountability policies for toxic behavior, and structural changes to restore the power balance and ensure the employee's voice counts.  We actively lobby for legislature, policy changes, and legal protections that prioritize employee wellness, mental health support, and ethical leadership practices.

Research

Educate

Research is at the core of the #VisirRising movement’s efforts to understand and address the challenges faced by employees and the fundamental causes of toxic leadership and environments. We conduct extensive studies and surveys to gather data on the impact of toxic leadership and the benefits of wellness-focused leadership practices and partner with organizations to research effective interventions supporting employee wellness and mental health. By collaborating with academic institutions and industry experts, we aim to build a robust body of evidence that supports our advocacy and reform initiatives. This research helps us to develop effective strategies and recommendations for creating healthier and more productive workplaces.

Education is a vital component of the #VisirRising movement. We provide comprehensive training programs, workshops, and resources designed to equip leaders with the skills and knowledge needed to lead with compassion and integrity. Our educational initiatives focus on promoting self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and ethical decision-making. By educating both current and aspiring leaders, we aim to cultivate a new generation of inspirational servant leaders who are committed to fostering positive and supportive workplace cultures. Through these efforts, we empower individuals and organizations to make lasting and impactful changes.
